Like I was actually black before you picked up a book, went on the Internet and decided you were. There are many Black and POC people who know they are these things without having to cite references to make up for any actual ancestry. Keep on tellin’ people to check their white privilege, even though you are white people pretending to be Black.

You are not Black. You are not Black. You are not any type of ethnicity you choose to be and then function your entire lives as white people. You are treated as white, you are seen as white, you have grown up as white, you are by all means white. And now you’ve found tumblr you’re going to come and try and convince people you’re Black?
